The services are delivered digitally and may include features such as AI call answering, lead capture and routing, communication consolidation across calls, texts, emails, and messages, automation and workflow setup, and booking or scheduling tools.
ClientFlow makes no guarantees regarding business performance, revenue increases, or specific results. Outcomes vary based on factors such as the client’s business model, industry, implementation, and use of the system, and all use of the services is at the client’s discretion.
All payments are due upfront unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Pricing is clearly disclosed at the time of checkout, and all payments are processed through third-party payment processors. ClientFlow does not store or retain payment card details.
Because ClientFlow provides digital services with immediate access, all payments are non-refundable once onboarding has begun. Refund requests submitted before onboarding begins may be considered within 24 hours of purchase. Access to the ClientFlow system will remain active for the duration of the term purchased.
By using ClientFlow, you agree to provide accurate and complete information during onboarding, to use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and to refrain from misusing the service, reselling access, or attempting to reverse-engineer any part of the system.
ClientFlow is not liable for business losses, lost opportunities, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. ClientFlow is also not responsible for issues arising from third-party platforms, tools, or service providers integrated with or used alongside the system.
ClientFlow reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to its services at any time if these Terms & Conditions are violated or if the system is misused.
These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time at ClientFlow’s discretion. Continued use of the website or services after any changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which ClientFlow operates.
